M/s Cognizant is conducting the Off- Campus Recruitment drive in
Coimbatore : The details are as follows:
Interested candidate should register in the web portal
Step 1: interested candidates should register in the following
website to get the Cognizant Applicant ID ( register on the website
given below) .
https://careers.cognizant.com and register under the Fresher's column.
They need to select the test Centre as "any preferred location for the
students" e.g.Chennai Coimbatore, etc ( Test will only at Coimbatore
during second week of Feb 2011 )
Kindly note that this drive is restricted only for the 2010 batch
students and tests will happen in Coimbatore irrespective of the
candidate's preferred location.
Step 2: candidates after registration, should submit the details
(Name, Degree, Discipline, contact Number , Email ID, Cognizant
Applicant Id) to the following mail ID
akbplacement@gmail.com , drngpittpc@gmail.com on or before 7th
February 2011, 11 AM .
Also thro SMS to 09894746527 and telephone : 0422 - 2917775
Step 3: Cognizant HR team to cross check and validate the applicant Id
and confirm the final list by end of day on 8th February.
Step 4: Cognizant HR team to send the hall ticket by 9th February.
Candidates should produce the Cognizant hall ticket, to participate
in the process.
Eligibility Criteria:
• BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MCA /MS - IT) from 2010 batch only
• 60% consistency in X, XII, UG & PG (if applicable)
• No standing arrears
• Only for Indian nationals
• Students to be open for immediate joining in any Cognizant location.
• Candidates taken up the Cognizant process for the last six
months will not be eligible.
Compensation: Rs 3.01 lakhs per annum.
